How do I return an item?
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any product purchased online. It must be returned by post in perfect condition, unused and complete with tags. Please return it with your proof of purchase within 28 days of purchase.

Please then return it using recorded mail/special delivery so that you can track it and ensure it reaches us safely to:

In store purchases:
Please return the product to the store you purchased our product from and follow their return policy.
Gifts cards and E-Vouchers are non-refundable.
